Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?
Yes. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is completely unworn, unused, and undamaged, returned in its original packaging with all tags, inserts, laces, and accessories included, and free from stains, creases, odors, or marks. A return request must be submitted and approved before you ship anything back.
How do I start a return?
Submit a return request within 14 days of delivery on our return portal and wait for approval and return instructions. Once approved, ship the item using a reliable trackable courier within 5 days. Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and paid to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Do you offer exchanges?
Exchanges are available for the same item only, subject to stock availability. If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead. To swap for a different style or size, place a new order and return the original item if it meets our return conditions.
What condition must items be in to qualify for a return?
Items must be completely unworn, unused, and undamaged, with all original packaging, tags, inserts, laces, and accessories intact. Items showing signs of wear, stains, creases, odors, or alterations will not be accepted. Items that fail inspection upon return may be rejected and sent back at the customer's expense.
What items are not eligible for return?
Returns will not be accepted for final sale items, sneakers showing signs of wear or alteration, items missing original packaging or accessories, requests made after 14 days from delivery, or items returned without prior approval.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the error is ours — if you received a wrong item, a damaged item, or an item that significantly differs from the product description or photos, we will cover the full cost of return shipping. A prepaid return label or shipping reimbursement will be provided once your return request has been reviewed and approved.

If the return is customer-initiated — for change of mind, wrong size ordered, or wrong color ordered, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a reliable trackable courier, as we are not liable for items lost or damaged in return transit. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping

How long does delivery take?
Delivery times are estimates and do not include order processing of 1–3 business days. Orders to the United States typically arrive in 5–8 business days, Canada in 5–8 business days, the United Kingdom in 5–10 business days, and Australia and New Zealand in 5–10 business days. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. All US orders ship free with no minimum required. You also get free shipping on any order of two or more pairs, regardless of region — no discount code needed. For single-pair orders outside the US, see our Shipping Policy for rates.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship globally, including to North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Africa, Latin America, and the Caribbean. Shipping costs and transit times vary by destination and are shown at checkout.
Are there any countries you don't ship to?
Yes. We are currently unable to ship to the following countries or regions: Belarus, Crimea, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria, and Ukraine.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box, APO/FPO, hotel, or Airbnb?
No. We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, hotels, or Airbnb locations. Please provide a standard residential or business address when placing your order.
Can I ship to multiple addresses in one order?
No. Each order can only be shipped to one address. If you need items delivered to multiple locations, please place separate orders for each address.
Are customs duties and taxes included?
No. Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These are determined by your destination country and are the customer's responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order.
What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
Please accept the delivery even if the box appears damaged, then contact us immediately at info@xpressionsneakers.co with photos and your order details so we can get you sorted. If you refuse the delivery without prior authorization from us, you will be responsible for all associated shipping, duties, and taxes.
Why haven't I received my tracking information yet?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before being dispatched. Your tracking link will be sent to your email once your order has shipped. During peak periods or major shopping seasons, processing may take slightly longer than usual.
What happens if my package is delayed?
Transit times are estimates only. Delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes — especially during major sales events and the November–January holiday period. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated throughout the process.

Orders

Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders are processed immediately to ensure fast dispatch, so cancellations or modifications cannot be made once an order has been placed. If you need urgent assistance, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
Can I place an order without creating an account?
Yes. You can place an order as a guest without creating an account.
Why is my order still processing?
Orders may take 1–3 business days to process before shipping. This allows us to verify payment, prepare your order, and complete quality checks.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can follow the progress of your delivery.

Xpression Sneakers offers a curated selection of stylish, high-quality sneakers designed for everyday comfort and modern streetwear aesthetics.
Do your sneakers run true to size?
Most of our sneakers are designed to fit true to size. We recommend checking our Size Guide before placing your order.
What materials are your sneakers made from?
Our sneakers are made from a range of quality materials such as breathable mesh, synthetic leather, cushioned insoles, and durable rubber outsoles.
Are your sneakers comfortable for daily wear?
Yes. Our sneakers are designed for comfort and versatility, making them suitable for everyday wear.
Will the product look exactly like the photos?
We aim to display products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color may occur due to lighting conditions or screen settings.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit and credit cards as well as other secure payment methods available at checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through secure encrypted payment gateways to protect your payment information.
Why are your prices lower than some other stores?
We work directly with trusted suppliers and manufacturers, allowing us to offer high-quality sneakers at competitive prices.

Delivery

What happens if my order shows delivered but I didn't receive it?
Once a package is marked as delivered by the courier, it is considered fulfilled. We recommend checking with neighbors or other household members and verifying the delivery location shown in your tracking information. Fraudulent delivery claims may result in refusal of any refund request.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to update the address. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect it to a different address. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a parcel is returned to us due to an address error, return handling fees may be deducted from any applicable refund.
How are orders shipped?
All orders are dispatched from our fulfilment centre via secure, tracked air delivery. Once shipped, your tracking link is sent to your email within 1–3 business days.
